Who Should Not Use Without Medical Approval

Do not use this product without first consulting a doctor if you:

• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have epilepsy or a history of light-triggered (photosensitive) seizures
• Are taking medication that increases sensitivity to light, such as certain antibiotics, retinoids, or isotretinoin
• Have active skin cancer, or a history of skin cancer on the area you intend to treat
• Have an active skin infection, open wound, or an active cold sore or herpes simplex outbreak on the treatment area
• Have a pacemaker or any other implanted electronic medical device
• Have recently had cosmetic procedures such as dermal fillers, chemical peels, or laser treatments — check with your provider first
• Have a diagnosed eye condition, or are unusually sensitive to bright or flickering light
• Are under 18 years of age

Stop use immediately and consult a doctor if you experience irritation, redness, discomfort, or any unexpected reaction.

Using Your Device Safely

• Always follow the instructions included with your device
• Keep eyes closed or use as directed during a session
• Do not use on broken, irritated, sunburnt, or infected skin
• Do not use for longer than the recommended session time
• Only charge using the supplied cable, and avoid water exposure
• Keep out of reach of children

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EverKind, its owners, staff, affiliates, contractors, and suppliers accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, injury, skin irritation, adverse reaction, device malfunction, misuse, or damages arising directly or indirectly from the use or misuse of any product sold.

This includes, without limitation:

• Use contrary to the instructions provided with the device or on this website
• Existing or undisclosed medical conditions
• Use over broken, irritated, or infected skin
• Individual sensitivity or unexpected reactions
• Use by anyone under 18 without guardian supervision
• Continued use despite discomfort, irritation, or an adverse reaction
• Device damage caused by improper charging, water exposure, or unauthorised modification
